How do I return something?

Telephone orders can be returned to our store with your original receipt. Alternatively, you can send your return by post with the receipt that came with your parcel. Please let us know whether you require an exchange or a refund and always include a daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of the day you have given notice after the day on which we receive the goods back, or if earlier, fourteen (14) days after the day on which you supply evidence of your having sent the goods back to us. We will contact you when we have processed your return. Please remember that it can take several days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. If we haven't contacted you within 10 working days after sending your return, please contact us email  info@inna-voronova.co.uk.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
