Thank you for shopping at Inna Voronova Bridal. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. The following policies are to ensure that your shopping experience at Inna Voronova Bridal is fair and proper. The terms of these policies do not affect your statutory rights. If you have any questions, please email us at info@inna-voronova.co.uk. Thank you for allowing us to help you make your event special.
 
We will gladly issue a store credit note for merchandise up to 14 days from the date the merchandise is taken by, collected for, or received by the customer or offer a full refund within 7 days from the date of your original purchase or order date, whichever is the earliest.
 
In all cases, you must present your original receipt, and the merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and have all tags attached and intact; this does not affect your statutory rights. Altered items, shapewear and pierced earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty at the time of purchase or delivery.
Inna Voronova Bridal will be able to place an order for select merchandise that is not available in the store. Special Orders require payment in full at the time of ordering. You must sign your receipt for a Special Order to confirm that the style number, colour, and size being ordered are correct. Those conditions of purchase are stated on your Special-Order receipt. If you wish to cancel your Special Order, INNA VORONOVA Bridal will offer store credit to your original value amount as long as the request for cancellation is before the Event Date recorded at the time of purchase.
 
It is your responsibility to ensure you collect your items within 14 calendar days of the date the Special Order is received. INNA VORONOVA Bridal will notify you at the contact information you provide to INNA VORONOVA Bridal when your order has arrived at the store including via Special Order Confirmation email, albeit INNA VORONOVA Bridal cannot be held responsible if any email is not received. You will be asked to sign a confirmation that the item(s) you are picking up are the correct items and that you or your representative has provided identification to prove you are the buyer. Items not picked up will be subject to the Abandoned Merchandise policy.
Inna Voronova Bridal prides itself on the quality of our goods. In the event you receive a faulty item, you need to have identified the fault within 30 days of purchase and you can return the item under the return procedure set out in this policy for exchange or refund. We will refund any reasonable postage on a faulty item, and ensure you are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item from within the UK.
 
We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and/or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
 
Your Right to Cancel
 
If we have purchased fabric / materials for a bespoke project – we will not refund the cost of these materials. You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of the design, alteration or repair being commenced. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
 
 
 
FAULTY BESPOKE PRODUCTS
 
  1. We warrant that the Products that We supply will materially comply with the main characteristics stated in their Product description on the Website (including the brand, colour, measurements, style and material of the Products) (the “Description”) or given by INNA Voronova Bridal LTD in person. Please note that Colours and appearances of Products and Artwork on computer, tablet or mobile device screens may vary slightly and may not accurately reflect the Products or the Artwork delivered. Any slight variations in the colour of the Products (including slight variations in the colour of Artworks) will not count as a material deviation from the Description.
  2. If You are not happy with the quality of a Product, feel that there is a fault with a Product, or believe that a Product does not materially comply with its Description, please contact report immediately to info@inna-voronova.co.uk or by submitting an enquiry on the ‘Contact Us’ form of the Website. We will inspect the Product and if We accept that there is a default, fault or material variation from the Description We will either replace it or refund the full purchase price for the Product (excluding any delivery charge and Your cost of returning the Products to Us). Your right to a refund or replacement will be conditional on the defect or fault not having been caused by usual wear and tear, deliberately or accidentally, or by Your negligence and that the Product has not been misused, altered or repaired without Our approval and is subject to You returning the Product to Us within a reasonable period.
  3. If, on inspecting the Product, We find that there is no defect, fault or material deviation from the Description, Your right to receive a refund is limited to Your legal right to cancel as set out in clause 1 above. We will contact You to let You know if this is the case and You will be required to collect the Product or pay for Us to re-deliver the Product.
  4. Any refund or replacement under this clause 8 will be issued as soon as possible and in any case within 30 (thirty) days of You returning the Product to Us.
  5. Whenever You return a Product to Us because You believe it is faulty, defective or does not comply materially with its Description We ask that You do so either by recorded delivery or courier so that You have proof of posting. We will not be responsible for any Product that is lost or damaged in the post.
Inna Voronova Bridal Ltd carries out a wide variety of designs, alterations and repairs to garments. Please note the following conditions before placing an order:
 
2.1  Shrinkage – if the garment you require altering is new we advise you to follow the care instructions on the garment (cotton, wool or linen) and we recommend you wash them for shrinkage before any alterations are carried out.
 
2.2  Clean or washed – please ensure that garments are either freshly laundered or dry cleaned before they are presented for repair or alteration.
 
2.3  Pinning & Measurement – We offer a free pinning service which will be carried out by a trained member of our team. We do not accept responsibility for errors where pinning or measuring has not been undertaken by a member of staff.
 
2.4  Cutting & Sewing – alterations will be carried out using methods of cutting and sewing as per our company standards unless and otherwise stated by the customer in writing.
 
2.5  Dry Cleaning – all items requiring dry cleaning must have labels attached detailing the material composition of the garment and cleaning instructions.
 
2.6  Bridal & Formal – we strongly advise that when having garments altered, particularly wedding and formal wear, that the lingerie and shoes that are to be worn with the garment are worn during fitting
3.1  All prices on our marketing materials and websites are indicative prices and are accurate at the time of publication.
 
3.2  Each order will be priced individually by the Sales Assistant or Inna Voronova.
 
3.3  Where the order is very complex you may be given an estimate based on the number of hours required to complete the order, this estimate can be subject to change without prior notification although the Inna Voronova will endeavour to keep you informed of any changes.
 
3.4  If you are not satisfied with the price quoted, you must discuss it with the Sales Assistant or Inna Voronova prior to any work being started. We do not retrospectively negotiate our prices once the work has been started and/or completed.
 
3.5  We accept payment by credit/debit card or Bank Transfer. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch. All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 20%.
4.1  When placing your order you will be advised of your collection date/time, please be advised this is an estimate and subject to change without prior notification.
 
4.2  You will receive an SMS message to advise when your order is completed and ready for collection.
 
4.3  Unclaimed garments : Ninety days after your originally recorded "Event Date" (the date recorded by INNA VORONOVA BRIDAL for your wedding, prom, occasion, etc.), if you have not picked up merchandise for which you have paid, that merchandise will be considered abandoned and your rights to the merchandise will terminate. During the 90-day period after your recorded Event Date, INNA VORONOVA BRIDAL will use reasonable efforts to try to contact you by the phone, and/or email which you provided INNA VORONOVA BRIDAL to request that you pick up your merchandise. If you are unreachable or unresponsive to INNA VORONOVA BRIDAL’s communications, your rights to the merchandise will similarly terminate and all monies paid would be forfeit.
5.1  We advise that all work is examined before you accept return.
 
5.2  In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the work carried out you must notify us by returning the item to the Inna Voronova within 48 hours of collection and discussing the claim with the Sales Assistant or Inna Voronova.
 
5.3  Where you are clearly at fault we will endeavour to repair and/or alter the item to your satisfaction at your cost.

5.5  Where we are clearly at fault and a repair and/or alteration is no longer possible we will provide credit or cash compensation up to a maximum value of £200.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for reasons including but not limited to circumstances of actual or implied physical or verbal abuse towards our business or our employees.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
